03Do I need a new website for this?
No. BackND installs on whatever you already have: your current website, WhatsApp Business number, Facebook or Instagram pages, even a simple contact form. If you have no web presence at all, we can stand up a single capture page as part of the install, but we do not sell website redesigns.
04What does an install cost?
Every install is quoted as a fixed price after a free audit of how your leads and records currently flow. The audit tells you what is leaking and exactly what the fix costs before you commit to anything. No hourly billing, no surprise line items. If you want BackND to keep running and improving the systems afterwards, that is a separate monthly retainer you can take or leave.
05How long does an install take?
Most installs are live within one week of the audit call. The sequence is: audit your current lead flow, wire the systems onto your existing channels, test with real inquiries, then hand over the keys.
06Will the automatic replies sound robotic?

Proven, boring, affordable ones: MailerLite for email sequences, Make for automation between channels, WhatsApp Business, and whatever form or CRM you already use. Everything is set up in accounts you own, so you are never held hostage by an agency login.
08What do I actually own after the install?
Everything. The accounts, the automations, the message copy, and all lead data are yours from day one. BackND can stay on retainer to monitor, improve, and report on the system, but you can run it yourself the day after handover.
09Where does BackND work?
Anywhere. Installs are done remotely and the systems run in the cloud, in accounts you own, so your location never matters. Time zones are handled by the systems themselves; a reply engine that never sleeps is rather the point.
10What is dormant revenue recovery?
A short, personal re-engagement sequence sent to past clients and stalled leads: three messages over about ten days, written in your voice, each with a real reason to get back in touch.
